FIre Dreaming in Thredbo Alpine Village is situated on over 900 square metres of land backing onto national parklands on two sides offering the utmost in privacy.

During the summer of 2002-3 we have carried out extensive landscaping to provide visitors with a environment totally unavailable at any other accommodation or resort in the Australian snowy mountains. Click on the image gallery to visit some of pictures taken thus far.

Backing onto the Kosciuszko National Park we have daily visitors such as wombats, echidna, the occassional small wallaby and ducks plus birdlife of over 30 varieties visiting our backgarden daily.
